Irvin Rodriguez was born in the Bronx, New York in 1988. He graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA in Illustration in 2010. He studied drawing at the Grand Central Atelier from 2008-2010 and later, painting and printmaking at the Art Students League of NY from 2013-2016

In 2017, Irvin had his debut solo exhibition, "Human/Nature" at Sirona Fine Art in Hallandale Beach, Florida. He has taught workshops and exhibited in numerous shows internationally in London, UK, Bogota, CO, Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver, New Jersey and New York City. 

Irvin was a recipient of the 2016 Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant. In 2011, Irvin was the Golden Brush Award winner for the 27th L. Ron Hubbard’s Illustrators of the Future Contest. He has been featured in various annuals and publications such as American Art Collector, Fine Art Connoisseur, The Artist’s Magazine, HuffPost, Lessons in Classical Drawing: Essential Techniques from Inside the Atelier by Juliette Aristides, The Society of Illustrators 60th Annual and Spectrum 17.
